Step-by-Step Instructions:

Turn Off Power
Disconnect all batteries before beginning. -
Mount the Switch
Choose a dry, accessible location near the battery bank.
Secure the switch using the supplied screws. -
Connect the Cables

For a single battery setup:

Connect the battery positive cable to the switch’s “BAT” or “Common” terminal.

Connect the “Output” terminal to your boat’s main power line (usually to a fuse block or distribution panel).

For a dual battery setup with OFF-1-2-BOTH switch:

Connect Battery 1 positive to Terminal 1.

Connect Battery 2 positive to Terminal 2.

Connect the output/common terminal to the boat’s electrical system.

Check Grounds
Ensure all battery negative terminals are properly grounded to a common bus bar or ground point. -
Secure and Protect Wiring
Use cable boots or heat shrink tubing to cover terminals and prevent corrosion. Secure cables with clamps. -
Test the Switch
Reconnect batteries and test each switch position (OFF, 1, 2, BOTH) to confirm correct operation.
