2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- All labels, serial numbers, and packaging are intact.
- You have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
- The item is not customized, made-to-order, or clearance stock.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons or due to product type, including:
- Electrical and electronic components (once installed or connected).
- Batteries, cables, hoses, and wiring after installation or cut-to-length use.
- Custom orders, fabricated parts, or special marine fittings made to specification.
- Consumables, lubricants, adhesives, sealants, and cleaning products.
- Clearance or promotional items marked Final Sale.
4. Return Procedure
- Email us at info@sttsuae.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
- Ship the approved return item(s) to our designated address in the UAE.
- Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

- Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method (card, PayPal, bank transfer) or store credit.
- Shipping charges, installation fees, and customs duties are non-refundable.
- If you purchased using a promotional discount, the refund reflects the amount actually paid.
7. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, specification, or model:
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- You may need to pay any price difference and return shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they haven’t shipped.
