If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the policy below.

This policy complies with UAE consumer protection regulations and applies only to orders placed through STTSUAE.com.


2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • All labels, serial numbers, and packaging are intact.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
  • The item is not customized, made-to-order, or clearance stock.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons or due to product type, including:

  • Electrical and electronic components (once installed or connected).
  • Batteries, cables, hoses, and wiring after installation or cut-to-length use.
  • Custom orders, fabricated parts, or special marine fittings made to specification.
  • Consumables, lubricants, adhesives, sealants, and cleaning products.
  • Clearance or promotional items marked Final Sale.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email us at info@sttsuae.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
  4. Ship the approved return item(s) to our designated address in the UAE.
  5. Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

🔹 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sttsuae.com.
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.


6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (card, PayPal, bank transfer) or store credit.
  • Shipping charges, installation fees, and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • If you purchased using a promotional discount, the refund reflects the amount actually paid.

7. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, specification, or model:

  • Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • You may need to pay any price difference and return shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they haven’t shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order is considered final but may still qualify for return under this policy.
  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Some marine electronics, pumps, and mechanical components are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
